Gemma Randles
Ayurvedic Practitioner | BSc Radiographer
A little about me ...
My name is Gemma. I am a passionate Ayurvedic Practitioner with great enthusiasm.

Throughout the past five years I have had the opportunity to work with different Ayurvedic doctors across India, Sri Lanka and the UK, immersing myself in this profound philosophy; achieving diploma-level certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. I have additional training in Ayurvedic Beauty Therapy and Pinda Sweda, a traditional practice to reduce pain and inflammation in the body. I have had incredible results with female reproductive issues, digestive problems, skin disorders and everything in between.

My aim is to preserve the authenticity of Ayurveda, while at the same time making it accessible for all.
My medical background began in the Western system 13 years ago attaining a BSc in Radiography. I hold respect and recognition for the importance of Western medicine, however, recognise the necessity for holistic medicine practices such as Ayurveda and the need for additional preventative measures in mainstream medicine.
More recently, I have been working closely with an Indigenous community in Sri Lanka, Suwasetha Hela Osu. I study and live with them from time to time, learning the art of meditation and its pivotal role in healing.

I will guide you to heal naturally and bring your body back into alignment with your true nature.
