Gemma Randles

Ayurvedic Practitioner | BSc Radiographer

A little about me ...

Gemma, a passionate Ayurvedic Practitioner with great enthusiasm.

Throughout the past four years she has had the opportunity to work with different Ayurvedic doctors across India, Sri Lanka and UK, immersing herself in this profound philosophy; achieving diploma level certification as an Ayurvedic Practitioner. She has additional training in Ayurvedic Beauty Therapy and Pinda Sweda, a traditional practice to reduce pain and inflammation in the body. She has had incredible results with female reproductive issues, skin disorders and everything in between.

Her main aim is to preserve the authenticity of Ayurveda whilst at the same time making it accessible for all.

Gemmas medical background began in the western system 12 years ago attaining a BSc in Radiography. She holds respect and recognition for the importance of western medicine, however, recognises the necessity for practices such as Ayurveda and the need for additional preventative measures in mainstream medicine.

More recently, Gemma has been working closely with an Indigenous communtiy in Sri Lanka, Suwasetha Hela Osu. She is studying and living with them from time to time, learning the art of meditation and its pivitol role in healing.
